Hanif & pizza

Few days ago when there’s TV commercial on pizza hut, Hanif will say “wow, izza…dapnye” (read: wow, pizza..sedapnye) while rubbing both his palms..

Last night we went out to SACC Mall for dinner, never knew there’s pizza hut shop right next to the south entrance. Then Hanif said the words again..Okla, so we end up eating pizza last night..

Hanif was already sleepy at that time, so as usual he was so cranky. Every little thing that went wrong or did not go the way he want will make him cry. His cranky episode started when the waiter took the menu. Hanif suddenly cried and said “ala, anif nak impan…anif nak impan” We had no idea what he meant, but I guessed he want to give the menu to the waiter himself. And as usual, we have to wait for a certain time for the pizza and in the meantime the waiter served us drink & soup first. When we offered soup or drink to him, he refused and said he just want pizza..

And after a long wait, the pizza arrived and Hanif suddenly beaming! And he ate 1 & ¾ slices! That’s quite a lot for him..yeay!

So he really love pizza rupenye…and dah pandai mood swing..*sigh*..

WW: Halfway through

Yeay, already 20-week pregnant..half way to go..

Alhamdulillah, vomiting & nausea already fading away starting last week..So far only once or twice a week..

Really should take Anmum Materna milk now..

16.02.14 ~ Holiday at Avillion PD. Tagging along hubby who has teambuilding there :)

New haircut & toy ^_^

Bought this basketball toy from a colleague at office, and Hanif really excited when he saw the toy.

When arrived home, Hanif cannot wait to assemble the toy and play with it. Even the next morning he asked to bring the toy to his babysitter house..*Aiya..mamai mamai pon boleh perasan mainan baru die*

But as usual, his excitement only lasts for 1 - 2 day, now he doesn't even bother to play with the toy. He's back with his favorite toys - car, truck, train...*sigh*

"Ibu, nak ball!"

Is this an attempt to make peace sign? Dah pandai posing dah anak teruna ni rupenye

 

Oh, and Hanif got new haircut too..cut by none than other....ME!!  hehe..senget-benget ibu potong rambut kamu ye nak, sorry la ye..rambut tu halus sangat :p

Hanif got huge bump on his forehead last saturday afternoon, 08.02.14 around 6.30pm at his pak lang's house..
We were visiting pak lang (my brother) because he just had an operation on 28.01.14.
Hanif was too excited playing with his cousin, running & jumping around. Then suddenly "ADOOIII!!!", followed by a loud cry. He fell down, landing his forehead first on the hard floor. We were having our tea at that time, when we heard him we rushed towards him. Hanif was trying to get up by himself before hubby picked him up. By that time his forehead already swollen.
When we tried to 'tuam' the bump with ice, his cries became louder and said "dah tu, yah la" (dah la tu, xyah la tuam). When we stop 'tuam' the bump, hanif started to calm down. After gave him milk, he started to be active again..at least it's a good sign that there were no internal injury. Also a good sign was he does not vomit at all.

Decision..decision...

It's tough to make the right decision right?

Let's just pray that Allah will guide me to the right one..afterall, He is the best planner..

Guess I have to hold my desire to futher study abroad, just for 1 more year..c'mon Azizah..don't look back..you know this is the best for you & your family at this moment..enjoy this 1 more year with your babies..they are of course the asset of your life hereafter..

Hehe..so cute & funny..sometimes he get it right, especially when in the elevator because he could see the number. Most of the time is Case 1 & Case 2..

Placenta Previa (Uri di bawah)

Just heard that a friend of mine has been diagnosed with Placenta Previa (PP) Type III. So I googled PP and found a very good info about it. So I figured it would be useful to note down what I've learn about it. Hope this will help other pregnant mommies out there :)

Placenta Previa (PP) is one of pregnancy complication where the placenta (in Malay we call it 'uri') lays unusually low in the uterus (womb). During early pregnancy, it common for placenta to be low in the uterus. As pregnancy continues, the uterus stretches and grows hence moves the placenta to the top of uterus. However, in some cases placenta does not moves to the upper uterus even after week 28, and this is called Placenta Previa.

There are few types of PP, and each type has different risks & impact on how you will deliver your baby. The types are:

• Type I: Low laying ~ placenta is at the lower part of uterus, but does not cover the opening to cervix
• Type II: Marginal ~ placenta is at the edge of the cervical opening
• Type III: Partial ~ placenta covers part of the cervical opening
• Type IV: Complete ~ placenta fully covers the cervical opening

Vaginal birth (normal delivery) is possible for those with Type I & Type II PP, nevertheless for those diagnosed with Type III & Type IV PP need a cesarean (c-section). Vaginal birth for Type III & Type IV is not an option due to it can cause severe bleeding and can be life threatening to both mother & baby.

The main symptom of PP is painless, sudden bleeding from vagina during 2nd trimester or 3rd trimester. This can be confirmed by ultrasound scan.

PP is more common in women who: 

• Have PP in previous pregnancy
• Have C-section before (the more c-section, the higher the risk)
• Have some other uterine surgery such as fibroid removal and D&C
• Are pregnant with twins or more
• Are cigarette smoker
• Use cocain
• Have their children at older age
• Have many previous pregnancy

If we have one of these risks of getting PP, better be prepared :) Be aware of the early symptom and straight go to the doctor if bleeding occurs.
