Hanif & pizza

Few days ago when there’s TV commercial on pizza hut, Hanif will say “wow, izza…dapnye” (read: wow, pizza..sedapnye) while rubbing both his palms..

Last night we went out to SACC Mall for dinner, never knew there’s pizza hut shop right next to the south entrance. Then Hanif said the words again..Okla, so we end up eating pizza last night..

Hanif was already sleepy at that time, so as usual he was so cranky. Every little thing that went wrong or did not go the way he want will make him cry. His cranky episode started when the waiter took the menu. Hanif suddenly cried and said “ala, anif nak impan…anif nak impan” We had no idea what he meant, but I guessed he want to give the menu to the waiter himself. And as usual, we have to wait for a certain time for the pizza and in the meantime the waiter served us drink & soup first. When we offered soup or drink to him, he refused and said he just want pizza..

And after a long wait, the pizza arrived and Hanif suddenly beaming! And he ate 1 & ¾ slices! That’s quite a lot for him..yeay!

So he really love pizza rupenye…and dah pandai mood swing..*sigh*..

New haircut & toy ^_^

Bought this basketball toy from a colleague at office, and Hanif really excited when he saw the toy.

When arrived home, Hanif cannot wait to assemble the toy and play with it. Even the next morning he asked to bring the toy to his babysitter house..*Aiya..mamai mamai pon boleh perasan mainan baru die*

But as usual, his excitement only lasts for 1 - 2 day, now he doesn't even bother to play with the toy. He's back with his favorite toys - car, truck, train...*sigh*

Oh, and Hanif got new haircut too..cut by none than other....ME!!  hehe..senget-benget ibu potong rambut kamu ye nak, sorry la ye..rambut tu halus sangat :p

Sourvenir from kampung

Hanif got huge bump on his forehead last saturday afternoon, 08.02.14 around 6.30pm at his pak lang's house..
We were visiting pak lang (my brother) because he just had an operation on 28.01.14.
Hanif was too excited playing with his cousin, running & jumping around. Then suddenly "ADOOIII!!!", followed by a loud cry. He fell down, landing his forehead first on the hard floor. We were having our tea at that time, when we heard him we rushed towards him. Hanif was trying to get up by himself before hubby picked him up. By that time his forehead already swollen.
When we tried to 'tuam' the bump with ice, his cries became louder and said "dah tu, yah la" (dah la tu, xyah la tuam). When we stop 'tuam' the bump, hanif started to calm down. After gave him milk, he started to be active again..at least it's a good sign that there were no internal injury. Also a good sign was he does not vomit at all.

Hehe..so cute & funny..sometimes he get it right, especially when in the elevator because he could see the number. Most of the time is Case 1 & Case 2..

Welcoming new addition to our lil family ^_^

No wonder Hanif becoming more 'manja', and at the same time more fond of babies..He can guess that he'll be having little brother/sister soon..

But Hanif still on diaper..should do potty train real soon..wish me luck :)

Wean off

Alhamdulillah, I've managed to persuade my clever Hanif not to bf anymore for about 2 weeks now.

Hanif drinking EBM by himself :) This is when he was 6month old.

The historical date is1st October 2013.. Hanif BF journey has lasts for 2yr & 8month..He BF exclusively for 1 year. Alhamdulillah, Allah has rewarded us the greatest gift every mom ever wish ~ to be able to BF our loved one & provide the best early nutrition for them.

How did I do it? Not too easy, yet not too difficult. Being tried to wean him off few weeks before, but Hanif will beg to BF every evening after I came back from work. He even pull my shirt in attempt to bf..strong will child :) And I lost in defending my effort due to I pity him..

But then in end of September, I have determined to wean off by October.. I have told Hanif over and over again that he is a big boy now and no need my b****t milk anymore. Furthermore, my b****t milk already reduced, he will not be full by bf. He need to consume fm. He seems to understand my message, everytime I said that, he will say OK..what a very good boy :) 

Coincidentally, we went for a holiday at Langkawi on 27th - 30th September 2013. So I let him bf as much as he want, but kept reminding him that when we get home he need to drink fm. And Hanif said OK. OK, and on 1st October, Hanif kept his promise & officially wean off..

Good job Hanif..No need to use tamarind or salt at all :)

You're such a good & brave boy.. Ibu love you soo much..

Weekend update ~ 22 & 23 June 2013

Sooo sleepy rite now..biasala, Monday blues...with all the haze around Shah Alam added to the gloominess of this morning..tapi jealous with all school kids because gov declared school holiday due to bad IPU. Ok, how about us office worker? We deserve the right to be  healthy & stay at home as well, especially on Monday..hehe.. berangan la..xdenye private sector nak declare cuti just because of haze..

*yawning again..huh..*

Ok, last weekend can be categorized as hectic & tiring. Initial plan was to bring Hanif to Library Tun Uda, then go Karnival Mahabbah Ikim fm, then shopping at Giant section 13 & last went to dentist for our appointment at 2pm.

Tup tup hubby told me that his mom is coming from JB that Saturday, bas pukul10am and he just brought that up at 8 the same morning..apa lagi, kelam kabut la kemas rumah..hovering, mopping, wash the bathroom, tidying up the kitchen & the whole house..

Ok, finished with the kemas rumah part..we need to go to Klinik Pergigian Maryna for dentist appointment. Just before we go, Hanif buat project..hehe..perfect timing, just when we were in hurry..so ended up we departed to the dentist at 1.40pm, and arrived at Klinik Pergigian Maryna @ Subang Permai just in time :) This was my 2nd time seeing Dr Maryna and i like the way she did scaling my teeth, though hubby didn't really agree with me. Well, as long as Proton cover the cost, I'm happy ^_^

We take turn to see the dentist, me first then hubby. Hanif really enjoyed the visit coz he could play with toys that he didnt have at home, and he could ran freely at the clinic..ok la, rumah ibu kecik ye nak..

We finished at about quarter to 3, then we went to TBS to fetch mama, Ashra & Najmi.Arrived TBS at about 4pm, Hanif was sleeping soundly - kepenatan hasil berlari2 kat klinik td agaknye. But as usual Hanif will be awake as soon as the car engine is off, maybe aircond dah off juge kot, hehe..hubby brought Hanif to Ashra first while i went to prayer room for Zuhur. As expected, Hanif is cooled with his aunt ~ 'ata', aka cik ashra..and his fav Ashra's phone..*dgn ibu asik kena catu ye hanif, hehe*

Hanif played with new toys at klinik pergigian maryna...excited ^_^

 After that we went to Hospital Serdang to visit nenek (hubby's side). She was warded due to kidney problem. Hubby does not agree to bring Hanif inside the ward, so we hang out at the playground..and Hanif LOOVE it!! sampai nangis2 masa kitorg ajak balik. 

On the way home, we stop at Kg Bkt Lanchong for dinner at Pochana Seafood. Going here brings back memory masa zaman mude2 dulu..dulu sewa rumah kat Putra Height sek 8, and selalu makan kat kedai nih :) The food quality still maintain, but dah xde our fav ayam bakar..Arrived at home at about 10pm..In car, Hanif dah lelap 2-3 kali, but when arrived at home, die segar semula..as expected..ulang tgk upin ipin 2-3kali sampai nak dekat pukul 12, terpaksa tutup laptop & TV even though he cried asking for more..sorry yea sayang, ibu sayang hanif..nak kasi hanif rehat..

Sunday - me & hubby started the day quite early. At 7.30, we headed to Pasar Tani Seksyen 13 Shah Alam. We left Hanif at home with acik2nye because they are all  still sleeping at that time. Arrived early at pasar tani, so we got nice parking spot. Very close to the bahan basah area, so we bought chicken, fish, sayur2, then put them in car & continue shopping for food :) The bad thing about close parking spot is that at peak time, it became really congested. We finished shopping at 9 and when we got to our car, there's line of car stuck in the traffic.. ahead of us, there's 1 toyota camry parked a bit out compared to other car..and this car has caused kete2 lain beratur panjang sbb x cukup ruang nak lalu..siap ada 1 mid-age lady tolong kasi arahan camne nak lepas lalu kat kawasan sempit tu..rupenye that camry is belongs to her..no wonder, takut kete calar rupenye..tp die gak yg salah parking..

When we arrived home, Hanif already awake, watching upin ipin *again..sigh* while minum susu..ok la, at least x nangis teruk sbb kitorg gi pasar lama..after breakfast aka lunch, we got ready to go to Mak Long's house at Selayang. Arrived there at about 2pm, eat again & pray & rest. At about 5pm, mama told us that she wanted to go to Aunty Syidah's house at Sentul..Aiyakk, pukul bape mahu balik rumah nih..baju keje sume x iron lagi...hasilnye we arrived home at 7.40pm..hubby needed to go to Sentul again to bring mama's med & beg baju. Mama wanted to sleep over at Aunty Syidah's. Due to too tired, I slept without iron baju keje that night..the next morning kelam kabut iron baju..once again, terpaksa minta jasa baik hubby untuk hantar Hanif to babysitter. 

Lawak pagi, masa salin pampers hanif baru tau yg die poo poo..entah bila ntah die buat projek sbb mlm tu dah berak sekali & dh basuh..agak2 boleh ke membuang sambil tidur? then masa basuh berak die pon, die masih terlelap due to too tired..lawak2..sayang x sempat amik gambar because ibu & abah are both rushing to work..This surely will become one of our sweet memory when we get older :)

Hanif's vocabulary

Wow, it has been soo long since I write in this blog...my bad :p

To make it short, let's talk about my dear Hanif's vocabulary. We are still struggling to figure out what he was talking..but i think i cracked these correctly... :)

1. buuu..hanif lak = ibu, hanif berak

2. fuut = kasut

3. huun = phone

4. fuu = susu

5. kit = sakit

6. anak = tak nak

7. nak = nak

8. cin = licin

9. dap = sedap

10. eboll = ball

11. lon = balloon

12. taa = car

These are among his words that i can cracked..the rest, only he & Allah knows :p

ok, this was short, but surely will be one of my sweetest memory (as i'm pretty sure if i dont write it down i will completely forget about all this)

Hanif's story

Since i cannot grab useful CATIA license, i'm gonna write about Hanif...Something to remember when we all grew older & start forgetting stuff..

On his 2nd birthday, just cried because he wanted to play more but it was already ~7.15pm. Has to force him..Sorry Hanif dear :)

Where to start...ermm...

Ok, my dear & lovely Hanif is now undergo what i think the terrible two stage..so every time he doesn't get what he desires, he will throw a tantrum. The tantrum will be worse if at that time he is sleepy, but refuse to sleep.

So yesterday when I fetched him from his lovely babysitter, he went straight to playground after we exit the elevator. He is now know that turn right after exit elevator means go to my car while turn left means playground! The item that he loves the most is none other than the slide! second to the list is that flexible thing that he can ride and move around freely - kind of like see-saw, but for one person.

Ok, so he lead me to the playground and play at the slide. Unfortunately it was approaching 7.15pm at that time, and it was getting darker. After Hanif played for 3 round, i then asked him to go home. This is when he started the drama..He cried, soft at first but became louder as we came closer to my car. The minute i open the car door, he throw tantrum..waaa...he stiffen his body when i want to secure him in his child-seat. He didn't even want to sit still on my laps & play the steering (normally i use this tactic & drive to distract him, dangerous but working). What he want is to be lifted/held in such a way that he can rest his chin on my shoulder - cam dukung time die tido waktu hantar ke babysitter while i was driving --> that even more dangerous. Since his crying is getting louder and it's almost 8pm, i just drive slowly until i saw place where i can stop (in front of that old factory/shop where the road is wide). I stop there & has to force him to sit at his child-seat. His crying never stop, i think it only became wilder..huhu..but had to force him for his own safety..He continued to cry, but it became slower......until he felt asleep..patutla, ngantuk rupenye...

Arrived at parking right before hubby arrived, so hubby lifted hanif home. About 1-2 minute after we laid him down at our mattress, he woke up - as fresh as when he woke up in the weekend morning! And he continued to play until about 11pm. Owh, before sleep he passed poo..and refuse to wear clean diaper after i cleaned him up...what a challenge...we finally managed to put Hanif to sleep at 11+, and we also went flat & sleep..zzz....

"Waa...buak....buak..ebbuu...buak...buak...haaa..." I was awaken by Hanif's crying at 2am..He cried and cried and cried...His hand pointing to our main door as if he wants to go to playground..scary..i recite ayat Qursi over and over again, but he is still crying. At last I put him back on mattress, still crying, and start bf him..tadaa...it works wonder. He drink and sleep...

In the morning, during morning change-diaper routine, he refused and cried again..At car, refused and cried again when I want to secure him at child-seat. At last hubby offer to send Hanif to his babysitter's home. The minute hubby took him from me, he stop crying..ok..but ok la, help solve the problem. Hubby said he felt asleep along the way to babysitter. Ok, he must sleepy, tired, restless...complete package..

What a day..but whatever it is, ibu still love you so much Hanif :) No matter how loud you cry, ibu still love you..

Catching up

Ok..my bad..

Haven't made enough effort to write in this blog..huhu..Quite busy with new project GSC..and need to resolve that problem caused by other department..

So to recap, Hanif will turn 2 this month, on 21st February :) Though if follow Muslim calendar he already two on last 30th Jan 2013 - 18 Rabiulawal 1434. He now has become master in expressing his feeling especially when it's time to go to sleep..or shall i say time for him to throw tantrum :p why? because he is sooo sleepy but want to continue playing..as results, he became cranky, super cranky..but i still love him very much :)

Good Bye my Swing pump {for now}

Today I have decided to stop pumping for Hanif due to congestion at our female prayer room...I've been pumping for 20months now. The people are keep changing but aku masih setia...hehe..It's quite sad & not easy decision to make, but I've decided to give way to new mommies who're also want the best for their babies, especially those with newborn baby below 6month-old. This doesnt mean I'll totally stop bf my Hanif. I'll direct feed him if he still want to, which I believe he loves it very much :)
